Layaways

If you find an art doll you absolutely love, I do offer layaway.  The time frame for a layaway is dependent upon the cost of the doll.  We can work out a monthly payment plan with payments made through Paypal. Paypal monthly payment amount is and will be dependent upon cost of the doll plus shipping. Please recognize that failure to make the agreed upon monthly payments on time or the cancellation of your doll on layaway could result in a forfeiture of any money paid to date and the loss of your doll. 
 

I sincerely want you to be happy with your character art doll purchase; character art dolls are very special to me and made to be admired and enjoyed. If your doll is not as described to you, or different from any photograph on the website or as supplied to you prior to your purchase or it has been damaged in transit in any way, please call us within 3 days of receiving your purchase in order that we may contact the shipping company about the damage promptly. All shipments originate in Canada and are tracked and insured.  Any damage MUST be reported promptly.  I accept NO doll returns without prior written return authorization from me.  You are responsible, upon receipt of your art doll package, for any customs fees owing.
 

You will be issued a refund or credit less the original shipping cost when the doll is received in its original condition. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges made on art dolls purchased through and by extended layaway.

 

**Any returns not related to shipping damage will be charged a 20% restocking fee.**
